Il Bisso
Il Bisso, Sicilian soul. Intense and deep red color with violet reflections. With evolution in the bottle it takes on garnet hues. On the nose is rich and intense, spicy and fruity with distinguishable notes of blackberries and ginger.
Full-bodied, velvety taste with great balance and long persistence.

Vinification: alcoholic in stainless steel at controlled temperature (25-28°C) for 7-9 days,
with four pumpovers per day.
Aging: after racking, it is stored in small stainless steel silos for optimal management of the malolactic fermentation;
it keeps aging in steel for the next 12 months.
