Ciuciulìu

Ciuciuliu is straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. On the nose, white-fleshed fruit with hints of jasmine stand out. During bottle age it takes on balsamic notes of Mediterranean medicinal plants.     

In the mouth, the wine's acidity and structure are perfectly balanced, in perfect harmony. Savory, it recalls the characteristics of the land where it is grown.

Soil: medium mixture tending to clayey

Harvest period: first ten days of September

Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation
in stainless steel at controlled temperature (12°C)
Aging: in stainless steel with three batonnages per month,
for the first two months, and one per month until clarification
First vintage: 2014

Alcohol content: 12.50% vol.
