Liolà

Liolà has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, there is a distinct citrus scent combined with mineral notes and floral hints. With an enveloping taste, good acidity and a dominance of mineral notes that determines its pleasantness, Liolà is fresh and balanced.

Soil: medium mixture tending to clayey

Harvest period: first ten days of September

Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation
in stainless steel at controlled temperature (12 °C)
Aging: in stainless steel with 3 batonnage per month during the first two months and one per month until clarification

First vintage: 2014

Alcohol content: 13.00% vol.
